Folder

Folder helps User organize Dashboards.

Before you begin, verify that the dataset is created and uploaded in Dataset Menu bar.

  1. Log in Command Center Console as User/Admin/SuperAdmin

  2. From the Menu bar select Folders

  3. Click on + New Folder button
    Create new Folder pop-up appears

  4. In Icon dropdown, select any icon

  5. In Name field, enter the title of the Folder

  6. Click Create button
    Successful message appears

  7. Created Folder is in Folders > Folders

  1. To visualize Dashboard you must associate Folder to Dashboard otherwise Dashboard will be associated to status NONE and would be invisible in any Folder

You can associate Folder to Dashboard in two ways:

a) During creation of Dashboard on creation page:

In Folder dropdown, select the Folder you wish to assocciate with the Dashboard

b) When Dashboard is created.

Go to Dashboards > Dashboards Library and click [Change] button

Manange folders pop-up window displays, then select available folders to Dashboard.
One Dashboard can be associated to all available Folders (its possible to associate the same dashboard to more than one folder).

  1. To save your choice click Save button

In folder column, you can view the folders associated to the current Dashboard

  1. Click on Main Menu in the bottom of the Menu side bar
    Page with all created Folders appears

  2. Select a Folder to which you have associated the Dashboard. All dashboards associated with this Folder will appear

Change Dashboard Order

The Command Center allows you to change the order of dashboards within the folder retrospectively.

  1. From the menu, select Folders.
  2. Click on the  Edit   button
  3. Using the side arrows, move the dashboards associated with the folder in the desired order.
    Alternatively, click on the dashboard and drag it up or down to move it to the desired position.
  4. Click on the Update button.
  5. The folder order has been successfully updated.
