KPI managment

Manage KPIs in PulseOps BI following the steps below:

1. Log in to PulseOps BI as Admin/SuperAdmin.
2. From the Menu bar select KPIs

Add Target

3. Click the Edit button
4. KPI page opens
5. Select the Targets tab
6. Click + Add Target button
7. Add Target modal window opens
8. Fill the fields with the respective informations
9. Click the Save button to save the new KPI target

Update/Delete Target

You can update or delete a target by clicking the Edit or Delete button, respectively.

Add Permission

1. Click the Edit button
2. The KPI page opens
3. Select the Permission tab
4. Click + New Group Permission button to add permission to a group or + New User Permission to add permission to a user

Update a KPI

1. Click the Edit button
2. The KPI page opens
3. Select the Configuration tab
4. Apply the desired changes
5. Click Update KPI
6. The KPI is successfully updated and displayed in KPIs list

Delete a KPI

1. Click the Delete button
2. A confirmation message appears, click on YES
3. The KPI is successfully deleted
