KPI creation

The Command Center allows you to track KPIs, essential for monitoring performance and ensuring that targets are met. This functionality allows you to make data-driven decisions and maintain alignment with your strategic goals.

Creation

Create the Command Center KPI following the steps below:

1. Log in Command Center Console as Admin/SuperAdmin.
2. From the Menu bar select KPIs
3. Click on + New KPI button
4. In Name field, enter the the name of the KPI
5. In Description field , enter the the description of the KPI
6. In Periodicity field, enter the frequency with which you want to track the KPI.
7. In Tag field, enter any tag and click "Enter"

Metric configuration

8. In Dataset field, select the dataset, from those uploaded to the Command Center, for which you want to create the KPI.
9. In Field field, select the metric of interest
10. In Aggregation function field, select the aggregation for the chosen metric

Format configuration

11. In Formatting Type field, select the format of the chosen metric, selecting the relative Postfix/ Currency.

12. In Number formatting options section, select the number of integer and decimals digits.

13. Click Create KPI button

14. The KPI is successfully created and is in KPI list
