Time range selection during chart creation

The choice of a time range during the creation of charts is crucial for previewing visualizations. It is necessary to choose a time range that aligns with the dataset's timeframe, otherwise the chart visualization becomes impractical due to the lack of data.

Example

The sample dataset refers to a period spanning from 5th January 2020, to December 31, 2022. The user has the freedom to select any period within this timeframe, spanning days, months, or years. However, it is important to be mindful of the chosen time range, as it may lead to errors in the chart visualization if an interval outside the dataset period is selected.

Note how choosing a timeframe in 2018 (beyond the sample dataset time range), the preview displays an empty chart.
